刘家峡水电站沙坎阻水问题的研究

摘    要:本文从刘家峡水库多泥沙支流洮河淤积三角洲侵入干流形成沙坎的现状出发,对电站低水位调峰时坝前水位发生骤降的现象,进行了水力学的分析研究,指出沙坎上可以发生明渠非恒定流和阻流两种水流形态,并给出两者的判别标准。在分析研究中分别用理论分析计算和模型试验两种方法,在计算时还考虑了河床的可动性。研究结果与刘家峡水库1981年冲沙试验时的实测结果相近,无论是计算数值或者试验数据都有相同的规律性。还提出了在目前的淤积地形下,为防止洮河沙坎阻水、保证电站安全运行应采取的运用方案。

Abstract:In Liu Jia Xia Reservoir there are sediment sills which are formed by intrusion of depositing delta from high silt laden tributary Tao River. when the power plant is operated for peak load regulation at low head, the water level before the main dam is suddenly dropped. The foregoing phenomena are gualitatively studied and analyzed in the point of view of hydraulics. This paper denotes that either one of the two flowing states, unsteady open channel flow or restricted flow, may be occured on sediment sills, and it also gives the criterions between them. In theoretical analysis the possibility of movement of the channal bed is concerned. The caloulating and experimental or calculating data which are very close together. Finally this paper suggests that the operation program should be taken to warrant the safe peak load regulation and the normal operation of this hydropower plawt under the present condition of depositing ohannal.
