| 摘 要： | 该文通过对天津市社区居民道德的基本状况，抽样调查资料的统计分析，认为天津市社区居民道德状况总体上呈现出健康发展的态势，中华民族的传统美德仍然是现代社会道德价值的基础，体现时代要求的新的道德观念正在逐步形成，但社会道德总体水平尚不尽如人意，融合民族精神与时代精神的道德建设仍然任重而道远。

| Abstract: | This article has described resident's ethical basic state of community in Tianjin through adopting the statistical analysis to survey of sampling, resident's morals state of community in Tianjin demonstrates the situation of sound development generally, the traditional virtue of Chinese nation remains the foundation of modern social morals value, at the same time, the new moral concept that reflect the need of modern times is taking shape progressively too , but the level of morals in all the society is still less than satisfactory , so the work of morals construction which merges national spirit and spirit of the times still needs more efforts . |
