| Abstract: | This paper introduces the features of the knowledge-based economy and the impact of the knowledge-based economy on the current financial management, and discusses on the innovation of the financial management in the knowledge-based economy times from six aspects of renewing the concept of the financial management, improving the quality of the financial personnel, establishing the network financial system, promoting the financial resources plan, modifying the mode of the financial statement, and carrying out the financial reconstruction strategy, etc. |
