新农村建设中的云南农村产业发展问题探究

为了确保到2020年新农村建设成效显著和全面建成小康社会的目标,云南省需要重视和解决新农村建设中存在的产业发展问题。文章探讨了云南新农村建设中产业发展存在的七个方面问题,即：资金投入不足、农村特色产业经济未能兴旺、乡镇企业促进农村产业经济发展的作用发挥不够、新农村建设的具体制度设计与落实还不完善,以及农村土地经营与流转、劳动力结构和劳动力转移、产业结构的调整和优化升级过程中存在的问题。

The Exploration and Research on Yunnan Rural Industry Development Problems in the Process of New Rural Construction

In order to ensure the new rural construction in 2020 with remarkable results,and the goal of building a moderately prosperous society,Yunnan Province needs to pay attention to and solve the problems that have existed in the industrial development in the new rural construction.This paper explores the seven aspects of industrial development in the new rural construction in Yunnan,namely,lacking of capital investment,not thriving rural characteristics of industrial economy,being not enough to play the role of township enterprises to promote the economic development of rural industries,not being perfect with the new rural construction specific system design and implementation,and the problems existing in the turnover of rural land management,the transfer of structure of the labor force and labor,and the process of adjusting,optimizing and upgrading industrial structure.
