水电站垫层蜗壳结构应力及配筋分析

摘    要:以某大型水电站为实例,采用接触非线性间隙元法模拟了蜗壳、混凝土及垫层之间的接触摩擦效应,并以分段线性模型的方式近似模拟了垫层的非线性本构关系,对不同垫层厚度下的水电站垫层蜗壳结构进行了计算分析,给出了垫层厚度与蜗壳应力、混凝土应力、承载比例及截面配筋量的关系,供工程设计参考.

Abstract:Combined with the project of a large hydropower station, this article simulated the frictional con- tact effects among spiral case, cushion and peripheral reinforced concrete by the method of gap-element and simulated the nonlinear constitutive relation of cushion by the method of segment linear relation. Througth analyzing the spiral case with different cushion thicknesses, the relation among cushion thickness, spiral case stress, concrete stress, distribution ratio of load and amount of reinforcement, are given, so as to offer for reference in project design.
