| 摘 要： | 公路行政主体是公路行政行为的主体要件,但目前对公路行政主体的界定尚存分歧。从行政法理视角对公路行政主体的内涵、特征和范围进行界定,并提出优化公路行政主体制度的建议,以推进公路行政法治进程。

| Abstract: | Highway administrative subject is the subjective factor of highway administrative act.But now there are some divergences in the judgment of highway administrative subject.From the angle of the administrative jurisprudence,this paper makes definitions of the connotation,features and scope of the highway administrative subject,and puts forward some suggestions on optimizing the system of the highway administrative subject for promoting the legislation progress of the highway administration. |
