摘    要:环境影响评价中,由于缺乏历史资料或资料的系统性差,人们不得不对某些环境因了给出了定性的描述,而这种定性与语言呈现“亦此亦彼”性-模糊性,通过某水库工程的8个备选方案的优化决策过程,阐明了模糊优选理论与模型是解决定量与定性多目标混合系统优化问题的有力工具。

Abstract:In the process of environment impact assessment, there are a number of factors that can not be described quantitatively. Therefore, the system studied in practice is often multi objective mixed system. Some factors are qualitative and can be expressed with fuzzy language. By means of fuzzy optimization model this type of problems can be dealt with easily. With a case study, this paper shows how the proposed model works.
