摘    要:在生产系统中,有效地控制工件生产指令的下达可降低库存水平,提高企业对市场的反应能力.本文将投入控制定义为一个双目标问题,即在满足工件交付期的条件下,使工件的投放时间之和达到最大.对上述双目标问题,给出了两个启发式方法和一个将分支定界法与活动调度构造算法相结合的混合最优算法.计算结果表明利用本文所提出的方法可极大降低库存水平

Abstract:Input control plays a critical role in regulating the release of jobs into a production system.It can reduce the inventory levels and improve the response of enterprise to market.We model the input control decision as a bicriteria problem that requires the maximization to the sum of job release times subject to no tardy jobs.Two heuristic methods and a hybrid optimal algorithm that incorporate the branch and bound method with active schedule construction algorithm are proposed.Computational results show that inventory levels can be extremely reduced by using the proposed methods.
