基于ST72141的无位置传感器电机控制系统中检测方法的研究

摘    要:对基于ST72141的无位置传感器电机控制系统中的反电动势直接检测方法进行改进,并分别给出了在低速或低压以及在高速时新方案的检测原理和方法.研究表明,采用这两种方法的结合,能够拓宽电机运转速度范围,系统稳定可靠,性能良好,应用于加工系统,可使加工精度提高一个数量级.

Abstract:The direct detection of back electromotive force (EMF) in position sensorless BLDCM control system based on ST72141 is improved. And two improved detection method as well as the principle for low-speed or low-voltage and for high-speed are given. The results show that combining with the two methods, the range of velocity of the motor is widened and the system performs well and has high stability and reliability. The machining accuracy of the processing system with the two methods applied improves a level of order of magnitude.
