摘    要:报道了以 SO42 -/Ti O2 -Mo O3 为催化剂 ,对以苯甲醛和 1 ,2 -丙二醇为原料合成苯甲醛 1 ,2 -丙二醇缩醛的反应条件进行了研究 .结果表明 ,SO42 -/Ti O2 - Mo O3 具有良好的催化活性 ,最佳反应条件为 :苯甲醛与 1 ,2 -丙二醇物质的量比为 1∶ 1 .1 ,催化剂的用量为反应物料总量的 0 .2 5 % ,反应时间 5 0 min,上述条件下 ,苯甲醛 1 ,2 -丙二醇缩醛的产率为 77.3% .

Abstract:Benzaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal was synthesized from benzaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol in the presence of SO42-/TiO2-MoO3. The factors influencing the synthesis werediscussed and the optimal conditions were found out. The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of benzaldehyde to 1,2-propanediol is 1: 1.1, the quantity of catalyst is equal to 0. 25% feed stock, and the reaction time is 50 min. SO42-/TiO2-MoO3 is an excellent catalyst for synthesizing benzaldehyde 1, 2-propanediol acetal and its yield can reach over 77.3%.
