微分消卷积法在分析X射线能谱和衍射谱中的应用

摘    要:X射线谱图中,谱峰的重叠现象十分常见。本应用微分消卷积法,对实测的谱图进行消卷积处理,从而提高了X射线谱图的分辨率,使原来叠和谱峰得以分离,通过谱峰面积的计算,得到了它们的相对含量,与配置值基本符合。

Abstract:It is the common phenomenon that the spectral peaks are overlapped in the X - ray spectrum. In this paper, the derivative deconvolution method is applied to practical X - ray spectra, therefore the resolution of X - ray spectrum has been enhanced, and the overlapped peaks have been resolved. By calculating the peaks square, we have got their relative weight ratios, the results are approximately agreement with the real values.
