| 摘 要： | 点焊机主要用于汽车、飞机和家电制造等方面,过去老式的逻辑控制的电阻焊机控制器控制精度不高、功能少,满足不了现代汽车工业发展对焊接控制的要求,使用新型的由单片机系统构成的点焊机控制器是必然趋势,这种控制器具有文本式编程,程序控制,控制精度高,有监控报警功能．本文介绍这种新型电阻焊机控制器的硬件组成及功能． |

| Abstract: | Resistance spot welding machine is used in the manufacture of the automobile, airplane, and electrical appliances. The control accuracy is not high and the function is little when using the resistance spot welding machine controlled by old type of logic controller. It can not satisfy the need of the development of modern automobile industry. The new type of resistance spot welding controller that consists of single-chip computer system is inevitable trend. This controller uses text programmer and procedure control.The control accuracy is high and the system has the function of monitoring and alarming. This paper introduces the function and the hardware constituteion of the new type of resistance spot welding controller. |
