| 摘 要： | 对胶质瘤抗原DC疫苗进行了研究，通过检测CTL杀伤活性和VEGF及IL-10在脑胶质瘤中的表达．实验组(A)接受肿瘤抗原DC疫苗，阳性对照组(B)接受全肿瘤组织匀浆，阴性对照组(C)仅接受放疗．结果显示，可获得高纯度DC、DC在负载抗原后诱导CTL杀伤活性提高，VEGF和IL-10的表达随胶质瘤恶性程度升高而升高、A、B组中位数生存时间均高于C组．

| Abstract: | To investigate the clinical effect of dendritic cell (D C) vaccine of syngeneic brain glioma antigen (SBGA), DCs were cultured and ident ified. The cytotoxity of CTL was tested. Expression of VEGF and IL-10 was exami ned. Postoperative patients were divided into 3 groups. Experimental group (A): SBGA-DC vaccine; positive control group (B): glioma homogenate; negative contro l group (C): only radiotherapy. DCs with high purity could be harvested. Cytotox icity of CTL was enhanced when induced by DCs loaded with tumor antigen. Express ion of VEGF and IL-10 was gradually increased with the tumor grade. The median survival time in group A and B was significantly higher than that in group C. |
