摘    要:冷轧后板带材表面质量主要取决于辊面粗糙度和变形区润滑油膜。本文研究了轧辊与轧件原始粗糙度以及压下率等因素对轧后板面光洁度的作用.为获得光洁度高的板带材表面,应选择光洁度高的辊面与采用最佳压下率轧制。

Abstract:During cold rolling the sheet surface finish mainly depends on the roll surface finish. Although the oil film of the lubricant in the deformation zone has a great effect on the sheet surface finish, it can not improve the sheet surface finish. It can ouly protect the roll surfaces so that the usage period of the rolls will be lengthened. During rolling with full-fluid lubrication, the oil film causes the metals to lose lustre. Only in the limited lubrication condition, may a good surface finish be obtained. In order to obtain a good surface finish, the optimum reduction should be chosen. Its value varies with the viscosity of the lubricant and the strength of the oil film. Besides the roll surface finish, some other factors, such as the initial surface condition of the metal, the reduction and the thickness of the oil film in the deformation zone have been researched as a system which affects the sheet surface finish. A criterion diagram of the sheet surface finish is proposed,which depends on the thickness of the oil film and surface condition criterion K, a ratio of the average roughness of the metal surface before rolling to the roll surface average roughneness.
