负荷传感技术在液压电梯系统中的应用

摘    要:针对定压式阀控液压电梯系统在低于额定负载工况运行中系统能量损失较大的问题进行研究,提出引入负荷传感技术调节系统压力的方法,使得系统压力跟随负载变化,减少系统功率损失.通过仿真分析,得到在保证调速性能条件下的阀控液压电梯系统中应用负荷传感技术的关键参数.仿真和试验结果表明,应用负荷传感技术的阀控液压电梯系统节能效果显著,适宜在液压电梯和其他垂直提升机械领域中推广应用.

Abstract:This article analyzes the problem of extra consuming energy of hydraulic elevators controlled by valves under constant pressure when the actual load is less than the rated load.At the same time,in order to decrease the diversion energy,the authors bring forward a method of adjusting system pressure by load-sensing,so the system pressure will alter on the trail of the actual load.The key paramenter of applying load-sensing technology to valve-controlled hydraulic elevator meanwhile ensuring the quality of velocity adjusting is abtained.Numerical simulations coincide with experimental results in general.It shows the system with load-feedback has high energy-saving efficiency,and has good potential for application in not only hydraulic elevators but also other vertically moved mechanical systems.
