摘    要:在建立超声直线电机三维参数化模型的基础上,应用压电耦合理论、有限元理论和技术,开发了超声直线电机的虚拟样机系统;在模态分析的基础上,确定了该型电机的关键结构参数;对超声直线电机的工作过程进行了瞬态分析.瞬态分析结果表明,单脉冲驱动进给量可以达到纳米级;其z相位移与时间不是严格的线性关系.根据仿真研究结果,加工制造出了超声直线电机.初步试验结果表明,超声直线电机工作性能与仿真分析结果基本一致.

Digital simulation of ultrasonic linear motor

Abstract:Ultrasonic linear motor is an ultra-precise linear-driven actuator which will be extensively used in future. The three-dimensional parameter models of parts and assembly of ultrasonic linear motor were built up with Pro/E. The modal analysis was carried out. The key working parameters of ultrasonic linear motor were established based on the modal analysis. The virtual prototype of ultrasonic linear motor was built to carry out transient analysis. The result of transient analysis shows that the working distance is 6 nm in single pulse time; and the mathematic relation between the working distance and time is nearly linear. The testing results indicated that the working parameters were in agreement with those of transient analysis.
