| Abstract: | Tobacco etch virus was purified, and experiments of aphis transmitting TEV were made through artificial film breeding virus. Aphis fauna and occurence of TEV in tobacco fields was investigated in the north region of the Wei River, Shaanxi province. The results showed that Myzus persicae Brevicoryne brassicae, Rhops losiphum pseudobrassicae, Schizaphis graminurn were presented in this region, Myzus persicae can only transmit TEV and the oeeurenee of TEV is related to the amount of aphis in tobacco fields. |
