| 摘 要： | 分析了影响轧辊铅基滑动轴承工作能力及寿命的诸多因素，找出了主要影响因素，确定了优化目标（设计指标），并进行边界约束和性能约束的分析，建立了优化设计中的约束条件，运用机械优化设计中多目标优化设计原理之一的协调曲线法对约束条件优选处理，以达到最佳合理设计。

| Abstract: | Some fectors on influencing the performance and service life of the sliding bearings of rolling mill are analysed in the article, main influencing fectors are find out, optimizing aim (design index) is fixed, boundary limit and performance limit are analysed, limit conditions in optimizing desigh are established the method of coordinate curve which is one of multi - aim optimizing design principles to optimize limit conditions is used in order to reach the best design. |
