| 摘 要： | 成功的企业战略应是使企业系统与外部环境相适应 ,并使企业系统内部要素的性能与结构达到优化从而提高企业的核心竞争力和使企业实现目标的战略。本文运用系统分析的方法 ,主要分析了在企业战略实施中技术创新的作用及我国企业所存在的问题和应取的对策。
