粉煤灰混凝土配合比优化设计

摘    要:本研究首次将最优设计理论应用于建材行业的废渣利用领域。在多元回归分析评价试验室和生产中各种配合比对主要材性的影响的基础上,用六因子二次回归正交试验设计的方法得到了坍落度、工作度、出窑强度、标准养护28天强度和蒸养转标养28天强度等五个指标的数学模型。经优化求解和分析评价,不仅能使工艺计算准确,而且能在多指标变化时用计算机自动寻找最佳配合比,从而成功地控制了混凝土的质量和生产,为粉煤灰的科学利用开辟了新的途径。

Abstract:Try to apply the optimum experimental design to the utilization of wastes in building material industry. Using multicomponent regression analysis to the influences of various mixing ratios on the main properties of the mix, a mathematical model is developed by means of quadratic orthogonal design. The model comprises 5 indices, i.e. slump,workability and three compression strengths(kiln-out, 28 days after standard curing and 28 days after steam/standard curing). With optimal solution, analysis and apraisement taken on, not only correct process parameters but also the optimal mixing ratio can automatically be given by computer as the indices change in value. Concrete output and quality can thus be successfully controlled and, in particular, such wastes as fly ash will be in prospect of reasonable utilization.
