试论高校党委对统战工作领导的主要着力点

高校党委要切实加强对统战工作的领导。其主要着力点应当放在三个方面:一是要着力于认识的提高,明确高校统战工作的重要地位和作用,把加强对统战工作的领导变为自觉行动,切实做到"四个纳入"。二是要着力于机构的健全,构筑立体型组织网络,促使高校统战工作科学、规范、有效、健康地发展。三是要着力于党外干部的培养使用,推进多党合作制的不断发展。

The Emphases of United Front Work under the Leadership of Party Committee of University

The Party Committee of University is in charge of enforcing the leadership of the united front work in the operation. The emphases are three aspects: firstly, emphasis on the promotion of thought, definitude of the important status and function of united front work of university, enforcing the leadership into practice, and carrying out the target of "four bring-into". Secondly, emphasis on the perfecting of organization, construction of solid buildup network, and impelling the development of united front work of university in a scientific, regulated, efficient, and healthy way. Thirdly, emphasis on the Cadre cultivation outside the party and betaking in practice work, promoting the successive development of multi-party cooperation system.
