| Abstract: | Based on recognizing the value of the relaxation, this paper points o ut that the relaxation function should become another valuation selection of the library. In today when the world is going into " relaxation era" soon, the deve lopment of library's relaxation function possesses very important significance f or increasing people's attention to the library, broadening the service of the l ibrary and promoting the development of the library itself. |
