内电解强化处理腈纶废水的试验研究

摘    要:采用铁屑内电解工艺强化预处理腈纶化工废水,实验室及现场试验结果均表明,该工艺能改善废水的可生化性,可提高废水ρ(CODCr)的去除率,该工艺与采用药剂混凝反应作预处理的生化工艺相比,废水ρ(CODCr)去除率提高了30.4%,具有投资省、运行费用低和效果好等优点。

Abstract:Experiments of laboratory scale and pilot-scale on treating nitrilon chemical industry wastewater with iron scrap internal electrolysis process had been conducted.The results showed that BOD/COD value of the wastewater was improved,and the removal rates of COD Cr were raised to 30.4% using internal electrolysis process.There were some advantages of lower investment,lower running expense and better treatment effect using the process.
