| 摘 要： | 文章从道路交通的系统观点提出了一种基于两层模型的预测方案，即指数静态模型和灰色校正动态模型。它与常用的线性回归分析方法有一定的关系，但能更好地解决预测滞后性的问题，提高预测精度。
