| 摘 要： | 研究了正常金属--正常金属--超导体三端介观混杂系统的电子输运特性.从系统的格林函数出发,运用非平衡格林函数方法,推导得出了任意偏压和任意温度下从正常金属和超导体流向量子点的电流公式.

| Abstract: | The electronic transport properties of a three-terminal normal metal-normal metal-superconductor mesoscopic hybrid system are investigated.Starting from the Green's function of the system,the general formulas for current from both normal metal lead and superconductor lead to the quantum dot are derived by using the nonequilibrium Green's function approach,which are valid for any bias and temperature. |
