摘    要:研究假色槭种子层积过程中内含物质及淀粉酶活性的变化情况,以揭示种子生理物质的变化规律,阐明种子休眠解除与种子层积过程中内含物质及淀粉酶活性变化的联系.结果表明:在自然层积过程中,假色槭种子中的可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白的含量从整体来看变化趋势基本一致,均表现为逐渐减少;α淀粉酶活性均表现为先下降后上升,再下降,再上升的趋势;β淀粉酶活性先迅速下降,再变化比较平缓.由此说明,假色槭种子中的贮藏物质在层积过程中不断分解代谢,为种子萌发做物质和能量上的准备.

Abstract:The substance transformation and amylase activities of stratified seeds of Acerpseudo-sieboldianum were discussed in order to study the change of physiological indexes. During stratification, the content of soluble sugars,soluble protein and starch all gradually declined. The activities of α-amylase activities in the stratified seeds descends early,then ascends,and then descends and then ascends. Theβ-amylase activities in the stratified seeds descends early, then changes mildly. The results would provide an useful reference to find out the germination physiology of seeds.
