| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对输尿管结石患者的临床疗效.方法将88例输尿管结石患者随机分为对照组、观察组.对照组给予传统开放手术进行治疗,观察组给予输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术,将两组患者的临床治疗效果进行对比分析.结果观察组平均术中出血量、手术时间、患者住院天数等均明显优于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率为0,明显低于对照组的6.82%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论应用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术对输尿管结石患者临床效果显著,且安全性高.

Clinical Analysis on 88 Cases of Patients with Ureteral Calculi Treated with Holmium Laser Lithotripsy under Ureter Mirror |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy on ureteral calculi.Methods A total of 88 patients with ureteral calculi were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group received traditional open surgery for treatment, and the observation group was given ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.The clinical curative effect of the patients in two groups were compared and analyzed.Results The average intraoperative bleeding volume,operation time and primary days of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.The postoperative complication rate of the observation group ( 0 ) was significantly lower than that of the control group ( 6 .82%) ( P< 0 .05 ) .Conclusion The application of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy on the treatment of ureteral calculi has remarkable clinical efficacy with higher safety. |
