外耳道负压引流联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎疗效观察

目的探讨外耳道负压引流与左氧氟沙星联合治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效.方法选取收治的110例慢性化脓性中耳炎患者,采用数字随机分组方法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例,其中观察组采用左氧氟沙星联合外耳道负压引流治疗方式,对照组单独采用左氧氟沙星进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果、听力恢复情况以及并发症情况.结果观察组有效率为89.09%,对照组为67.27%;观察组的听力改善率为92.73%,对照组为81.82%;观察组中的不良反应发生率为14.55%,对照组为25.45%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论外耳道负压引流联合左氧氟沙星治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎治疗效果好,较好地恢复患者听力,且安全性较高,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on the Curative Effect of External Ear Canal Negative Pressure Drainage Combined with Levofloxacin on the Treatment of Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media

Objective To explore the curative effect of external ear canal negative pressure drainage combined with levofloxacin on the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media. Method 110 patients with chronic suppurative otitis media were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 55 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with external ear canal negative pressure drainage and levofloxacin,and the control group was administrated levofloxacin only. The curative effect,auditory rehabilitation condition and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 89 . 09%, and the control group was 67 . 27%. Auditory rehabilitation rate of the observation group was 92 . 73%, and the control group was 81 . 82%. The complication rate of the observation group and the control group was 14. 55% and 25. 45%,respectively. The results showed significant differences between the two groups ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion The combination of negative pressure drainage and levofloxacin has better curative effect on chronic suppurative otitis media. This method has satisfied auditory rehabilitation rate,which is safe and worthy of clinical application.
