精密箱体孔系同轴度的测量方法及其装置的研究

摘    要:本文提出了一种测量高精度箱体孔系同轴度的方法.它是将装有电感测头的测棒 支承在两球顶尖间,用以代替精密回转轴系,测出诸孔的形状及位置误差信息后,藉 助于微型电子计算机进行数据处理.求得孔系的同轴度误差。该方法及其装置测量精 度高,可达微米级,结构简单,操作方便,对环境无苛刻要求,适宜在生产线上使 用。

Abstract:In this paper a method for Measuring the coaxality of high precision holes in cases is presented. Instead of the precision rotating-shafting, a measuring arbor with inductive probes supported between two ball-ended centers is used. After the information of the geometrical and position errors of the holes are obtained and the data are processed by means of microcomputer, she coaxality errors of holes are calculated. The features of this method are as follows: high precision (up to the micron level); simplicity in structure; convenient to operate ; no excessive demands for the environment and suitable to be used in the workshop.
