| 摘 要： | 为进一步探讨风尾菇的增产栽培技术,我们观察了不同浓度的三十烷醇对风尾菇生育的刺激效应。实验表明,三十烷醇可促进风尾菇菌丝体的生长和提高多酚氧化酶的活性;也能促进子实体的发育,缩短生长周期,提高产量和蛋白质的含量等。此项工作为食用菌丰产栽培技术措施提供一些依据。

The preliminary Report on Stimulating Effect of [CH_3 ( CH_2 ) 29OH] to growth of P leurotus S ajorcaju |

| Abstract: | We have observed stimulating effect of the different concentrations of [CH3(CH2)29OH] growth of Pleurotus Sajor-Caju in order to go further into the increasing production of Plant technology. The result of experiment indicates that [CH3(CH2)20OH]may promote the growing of mycelia, raise the survival rate of polyphenol oxidase, and promote the growth of fruiting body. It will shorten the period of growing, increase the output and contents of protein. The research work provides data for highyield planting technical measures of edible fungus. |
