混合硫醇催化共氧化反应过程催化剂的有效因子研究

摘    要:用室内实验的方法对气-液-固三相催化反应体系中不同粒径催化剂催化下混合硫醇的氧化反应动力学进行了研究,并依据球形催化剂假设,采用薄膜理论对反应体系中硫醇浓度分布进行了分析,计算出不同粒径催化剂的有效因子。结果表明,随着催化剂粒径减小,催化剂的有效因子增大,表观反应速率常数增加。

Abstract:The kinetics for the catalytic oxidation of mixed thiols with different catalyst particle sizes was studied in the gas-liquid-solid triphase reaction system.According to the spherical catalyst hypothesis and the Whiteman s membrane theory,the concentration distribution of thiol in the reaction system was analyzed and the catalyst effective factors were calculated.The experimental results demonstrate that the catalyst effective factor and the apparent reaction rate constant increase obviously with the catalyst particle sizes reducing.
