| 摘 要： | 模具冲蚀直接影响铸件外观质量，缩短模具寿命。本文以模具钢H13为研究对象，研究了铸造压力、浇注温度、充填速度对H13模具钢冲蚀率影响。研究表明：浇注温度对H13冲蚀率影响最大，充填速度次之，而铸造压力影响最小；随着浇注温度和充填速度提高，H13模具钢的冲蚀率逐渐增大，且模具冲蚀率与充填速度的平方呈正比。

| Abstract: | An erosion of mould steel can debase the surface qualities of castings and shorten the service lifetime of the casting moulds.Effects of casting pressure,injection speed and injection temperature on the erosion rate of the H13 mould steel are discussed.Results show that effects of three low pressure process parameters on the erosion rate of H13 mould steel arranged by sort ascending are the injection temperature,injection speed and casting pressure.The erosion rate of the H13 mould steel increases with the ... |
