摘    要:针对目前混凝土夹芯板的研究开发一直局限于单向板,对双钢筋混凝土夹芯双向板的抗弯性能尚不十分明确的现状,对3块双钢筋混凝土夹芯双向板足尺试件进行了抗弯试验,重点研究了板的挠度、钢筋和混凝土的应变、裂缝开展等抗弯性能.试验结果证实了混凝土夹芯双向板的承载能力及抗弯刚度满足现行《混凝土结构设计规范》规定,可以用作楼板(屋面板)等横向承重构件.同时,总结了双钢筋对裂缝开展所起的作用以及影响夹芯双向板抗弯性能的主要因素.由此提出的一般性建议,可作为工程应用的参考.

Abstract:The researches on concrete sandwich ( CS ) panels were limited to one-way panels in the past. In order to evaluate the flexural performance of CS two-way panels, an experimental research on the flexural performance of three full-size CS two-way panels reinforced by bi-steel was presented in this paper. The bending deflections, strains of steel and concrete, and cracking characteristics were mainly studied and compared with those of ordinary reinforced concrete two-way panels. Test- ing results verified that the flexural capacity and stiffness of the CS two-way panels could meet the requirements of Code for Design of Concrete Structures. The restricting effect of bi-steel on cracking development and the factors affecting the flexural performance were also analyzed. In the ending part, some conclusions were drawn which will be referential to engineering application.
