摘    要:黄河上游梯级联合调度以龙羊峡和刘家峡两库联合调节为原则,而龙羊 峡电站节水增发电量考核不同于一般的年调节电站或径流电站,需以梯级联合运行调度图为依据,根据多年调节水库的特点,提出库存水量转换成电量的方法,将计算电量与库存电量之和作为考核电量。实例计算结果表明,多年调节电站节水增发电量考核方法是合理可行的。

Abstract:The joint operation of the Yellow River upstream cascades is based on the principle of the united regulation of Longyangxia reservoir and Liujiaxia reservoir.The evaluation of Longyangxia water saving and energy output increasing is different from that of the normal annual storage plant and the run off river power plant so that it must depend on cascades cooperation dispatching charts. According to the characteristics of multiannual storage plant, this paper advances the method of changing water volumes stored in reservoir into electric energy so as to take the sum of calculated stored electric energy as checked electric energy.Accordingly,the results from the calculation of actual examples indicate that the method of multiannual storage plant water saving and electric energy output increasing is rational and feasible to be used in practice.
