| 摘 要： | 表演型人格障碍的核心症状是寻求关注。具体表现有装腔作势、轻佻、浅薄、情感易变、善交际和分裂等。表演型人格障碍的发生发展，主要与父母的养育方式不当和患者的自我塑造有关。改善父母的养育方式可以预防表演型人格障碍。改变患者的认知行为方式，可减弱或阻断表演型人格障碍者的自我塑造。

| Abstract: | The core symptom of histrionic personality disorder is attracting other's attention.It specifically means that the sufferer shows affected,who is flirtatious ,flighty,sociable as well as fickle,together with dissociation.Such disorder's formation is due to the parents'inadequate breeding and the sufferer's self-perpetuating.The improvement of parents'breeding model can prevent histrionic personality disorder.The transformation of the sufferer's cognitive and behaviour pattens can lessen or halt their existing self-perpetuation of histrionic psersonality disorder. |
