干预事件下具有多个销售商的供应链协调研究

对于具有多个竞争销售商的两阶段供应链,针对干预事件下销售商面临的需求分布发生变化、供应链协调将被打破等问题,研究了利益共享契约协调决策,得到了干预事件对供应链的影响.当干预事件造成市场需求变化不大时,保持原始生产计划的契约仍能协调供应链;当市场需求变化很大时,原契约不再协调,必须调整生产计划.研究得出了供应链对干预事件的最优应对策略,提出了具有抗干预性的利益共享契约,并用数值实验验证.

Supply Chain Coordination under Intervention Events with Multiple Newsvendors

For two stage supply chain with multiple competing newsvendors which faces stochastic market demand, the coordination may be broken off by intervention events. Using revenue sharing contract, the impact of demand disruptions upon the supply chain coordination is studied. When market scale change is small, keeping the original production plan can achieve the supply chain coordination. When market scale changes significantly by the intervention event, adjusting the production plan become necessary. The optimal strategy for supply chain to the interventions by revenue sharing is presented, and an adjusted revenue s.haring contract which has antiintervention ability is proposed. Numerical examples are made to illustrate the effectiveness of the optimal strategy.
