| 摘 要： | 通过对建瓯市水土流失现状，原因及危害的分析，采用层次分析法、综合考虑自然生态、社会经济各因素，建立了水土流失防治决策体系．利用数学方法对各种目标、制约因素和防治措施进行定量分析。依据排序权值确定了它们在系统中的地位和实施的先后顺序，使水土保持的决策工作进一步科学化、合理化，在量化和优化组合方面较之传统决策方法有较大改进和提高。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the reasons causing soil erosion in Jianou county with Analytic Hierarchy Process and researches the measurements of controlling soil erosion process after comprehending natural ecological and social economical factors. All objects and limit factors are analysed in quantity with the mathematical measurements.The order of the measurements is decided according to the importances in controlling soil eroston process, so the controlling process is more scientific and rational than the traditional process. |
