| 摘 要： | 设Ａ是实反对称矩阵。本文证明了Ａ的特征值具有对称矩阵特征值同样的完美性态；又若Ａ的特征向量对应于一个与其它特征值离得很开的特征值，则这个特征向量是良态的。本文给出了Ａ＾ＴＡ的Ｒａｙｌｅｉｇｈ商迭代计算Ａ的特征值和特征向量的方法。
