摘    要:针对目前消费体验对服务业顾客忠诚影响的相关研究不充分的现状,通过对相关文献的回顾,探讨了消费体验对服务业顾客忠诚的作用机制,分析了消费体验对服务业顾客忠诚的影响。

Abstract:In the light of the influence of the current consumption experience on the loyalty of the service customer and the present situation of that the relatted researches are insufficient, and through reviewing some related literatures, this paper probes into action mechanism of the consumption experience on the loyalty of the service customer, and analyzes on the influence of the consumption experience on the loyalty of the service customer.
