摘    要:采用玻璃纤维缠绕修复含缺陷的动力煤气管道,提高其强度.为保证管道修复后,在期望寿命内能够安全可靠,不再发生破坏,研究了管道再破坏的各种可能形式及临界条件.研究结果表明:管道修复后不可能发生局部再破坏,但随时间的推移,存在由于管道整体强度不足而导致破坏的风险.因此在制定修复工艺时,应该着重考虑管道的整体强度.

Abstract:Glass fiber is used to enwind and renovate a flawed gas pipeline to increase its strength.To guarantee that the gas pipeline is safe and reliable and it will not be damaged again after it is repaired,various possible failure modes and the critical condition of the pipeline is studied.The results shows that partial re-failure is impossible after the pipeline is repaired,but the deficiency of the pipeline's integral strength can lead to the risk of damage in the course of time.So the integral strength of the pipeline must be considered especially when the repairing process is made.
