摘    要:针对8G机车控制电源调节板故障频发,危及机车运行安全生产的现状,从设备工作原理和电路剖析入手,对故障原因进行了分析,并对部分电路进行了改进,增加了延时触发脉冲功能,使国产化后的调节板性能可靠稳定,输出波形优于原件,保证了调节板的正常使用。

Abstract:In th e light of the present situation that the faults of regulating board o f power c ontrol of 8G locomotives occur frequently and endanger the safe operation of l ocomotives,this paper ma kes fault analysis starting with the working principle of equipment and the dissecting of electric circuit,improves parts of th e ele ctric circuit,adds a time-dela y trigger impulse ability,making the regulati ng board more reliable and more stable after it is produced domestically,the ou t put wave form better than the that of the original,and its normal use be guar anteed.
