| 摘 要： | 从理论上分析了GA749型剑杆织机开车横档形成的原因．根据GA749型剑杆织机的特性，从调整送经卷取机构、确定较为合理的工艺参数、降低断头率、加强空调管理等方面探讨了减少GA749型剑杆织机开车横档的措施，取得了显的效果．

| Abstract: | The paper analysed the causes for the formation of starting marks in GA749 rapier looms. Some workable measures were advised to be taken by adjusting let-off and take-up mechanism, determining reasonable technological parameters, reducing breadkings and improving air-conditioning etc to reduce the starting marks. |
