| 摘 要： | 本文简述了东辽河名称的历史沿革。东辽河流域的自然地理环境特征,及其东辽河的一般概况和水文特征。解放前东辽河是一条害河,解放后党和政府十分重视东辽河的治理和水资源的利用,使为害千年的东辽河水害变成了水利。
