超高速磨削表面形貌特征的模拟研究

摘    要:基于实测结果对砂轮的地貌特征进行了描述,并利用磨粒静态集合处理方法编制了超高速下工件表面形貌特征的模拟程序。最后对模拟结果进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:The geometrical characters of grinding wheel are described on the basis of practical testing. A simulation procedure of surface geometry characters in ultra-high speed grinding is established with abrasives static processing method. Analysis and discussion on the simulation result are performed.
