酰胺低温熔盐中Y—Ni合金薄膜的电化学制备

摘    要:用恒电流电解法在乙酰胺-尿素-溴化钠熔体中电沉积出Y的质量分数(w(Y))高达87.50%的Y-Ni合金,在铜片上获得附着力强的合金薄膜。实验结果显示电沉积出的Y-Ni合金中的w(Y)随着电流密度增大而增大,在低电流获得的是有金属光泽的银白色合金薄膜,在高电流密度获得的是黑色的合金薄膜。

Abstract:The codeposition of Y-Ni alloy on Cu electrodes was investigated in acetamide-urea-NaBr melt containing YCI3 and NiC12 at 353 K. Galvanostatic electrolysis was used to prepare the Y-Ni films. The films with strong adhesion on Cu were obtained. The experimental results also show that the content of Y in Y-Ni increases with the increasing of current density. The films obtained at low current density are silver with metallic lustre while at high current density it is in black color.
