摘    要:针对碳酸盐沉淀法生产碳酸锂工艺,利用添加剂控制料液体系中氯化钾(杂质)的结晶过程,使其在碳酸锂沉淀析出前更完全地从体系中结晶分离,从而达到净化原料液,提高最终产品质量的目的。实验筛选出由KMnO

Abstract:As to the technology of producing Li 2CO 3 by the method of carbonas precipitation,using additives for controlling crystallization process of KCl (impurity substance) in the feed liquid system,We can separate it by crystalization form the system more completely before the precipitation of Li 2CO 3,thus it can purity the feed liquid and improve the quality of the end production.The compound additive which is composed of KMnO 4 and K 2CO 3 found out in the experiment can accelerate the growth rate of KCl and make its separating dot preact,so as to attain the purpose of the research.
