| 摘 要： | 对当前已提出的有关热裂判据进行了分析，基于实验结果及力学强度理论揭示了传统热裂应变理论的不足，提出了热裂为本质塑性断裂及热裂势的概念，并建立了其凝固力学判据。

| Abstract: | The hot tearing criteria presented up to now have been comprehensively analysed in the paper. Based on the experimental results and the analysis through the mechanical strength theories, the unreasonable aspect of the customary strain theory of hot tearing is revealed. It is pointed out that the hot tearing is a kind of plastic fracture in essential. The hot tearing potential is defined, and the solidification mechanics criterion is put forward consequently. |
