7种席夫碱对Zn2+的现场配位吸收光谱和99mTc现场配位法标记

摘    要:通过电子吸收光谱研究了7种水杨醛氨基酸席夫碱配体与Zn^2 离子在水溶液中现场配位的浓度下限、pH下限和配合的物稳定存在时间.初步探索了在生理盐水中7种水杨醛氨基酸席夫碱的^99mTc现场标记.实验结果初步揭示出现场配位法具有标记放射性金属核素的潜力.

Abstract:The in situ coordination of seven salicylaldehyde amino acid Schiff bases in water is investigated. The minimum concentration and pH for coordinating to Zn 2+ and the existing time of the complexes are obtained through the measurement of absorption spectra. And the labeling of 99m Tc is tentatively performed, which indicates the potential of labeling radionuclides by means of the in situ coordination for radiopharmaceutical studies.
