基于粗糙集的海船船员适任性研究

摘    要:针对综合模糊评价方法的不足,以海船船员适任性定量研究的现状分析为基础,运用粗隶属函数,结合作者选取的海船船员自身条件适任指标体系,对海船船员适任性进行了研究。研究结果表明,就海船船员自身条件因素来说,海事发生的概率与海船船员年龄的大小、教育背景的高低和任职资历的长短都成反比。就职务而言,船长对海事发生的概率最大。就值班时间而言,海船船员在0000–0004时间段发生海事的概率最大。

Abstract:On base of current research work of the quantitative assessment of competency for Chinese seafarers, aiming at the weakness of fuzzy comprehensive assessment, the rough membership function is introduced into the quantitative research of competency for seafarers. Based on the seafarer’s personal quality related competency assessment index system and rough membership degree, some useful data mining results are given: the degree of rough membership degree is an inverse ratio to seafarer’s age, education extent and sea experiences. For rank factors, master has high membership degree. High membership degree in watch-keeping time is 0000-0004.
