摘    要:趸船调度作为中转物流平台作业的核心,是制约中流作业服务效率和单箱作业成本的主要瓶颈之一。依据中流作业的流程,考虑趸船堆存容量、被服务船舶的作业结束时间要求及船舶服务的优先级别3个主要实际因素,构建了以所有被服务船舶在锚地的加权总时间最短和单箱作业成本最低为目标的双目标规划模型。针对该问题解的特征设计了遗传算法对模型进行求解,最后通过算例分析验证了模型的合理性及算法的有效性。

Optimization on scheduling of bulk barges as a transfer logistics platform

Abstract:As the kernel of transfer logistics platform operations, the scheduling problem of a bulk barge is one of the bottlenecks which restrict the operation’s efficiency and cost per TEU. Based upon the working flow of the transfer logistics platform, three main practical constraints, inventory capacity, sailing schedules and service priority, are considered to aim at the smallest total weighted time and lowest operation cost per TEU in this paper. A bi-objective programming scheduling model is proposed. According to the character of the solution, a genetic algorithm is designed to find the near-optimal solution of the model. A contrast experiment from a shipping company was conducted to show their efficiency of the model and algorithm proposed.
